What an aweful organization to complete business with... It got per month 5 to receive product. Then your product was obtained broken! Then when I named to switch I then found out these were providing the merchandise $50 significantly less than what I settled. After I requested for that cheaper cost for the trouble I had been going thru they stated "its not within our plan, We'dnot ask you for the additional when the cost went up". GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT RIGHT?! I talked to three distinct people - After I requested to talk to a the lady stated "uh its just 7:30 below" and so I called back and talked to a different individual plus they explained they mightnot actually inform me once the item alternative will be delivered out. And so I again requested to talk to the supervisor. "Heis hectic-heis in instruction new workers" I stated what's his title... They gave me a title. Then I requested for his expansion - I had been informed " he does not have an extenstion" and so I mentioned okay what about a voicemail... After being on-hold for five minutes exactly the same individual returned about the point and stated "the supervisor stated he currently talked for you about that and there's nothing he is able to do" HE WOULDNT ACTUALLY SPEAK WITH ME! And so I told him that I'd like written down when this alternative item is likely to be below "we-don't do this - nothing I-say for you is what you would like to listen to" and so I stated your not informing me anything however, you cannot do something! And so I told him to inform the supervisor to make contact with me from the end-of your day and he hung-up on me! WHO teaches these folks! I really hope its not the supervisor... He does not actually do his work! I'd NEVER cope with these folks again! What an embarrassment for that organization!
