I arranged two areas with “BookIt.com” EXACTLY WHAT A HUGE ERROR. First I would like to state, their workers are trained to become excellent and apparently useful, till something is incorrect. Once I established my purchase of an OCEAN-VIEW SPACE using the Sheraton Poipu Resort I then found out that I had been arranged in to the “garden area having a partial sea view.” Our concerns were for an ocean-view space, not incomplete. I returned to BookIt as well as for months they stated these were likely to correct it out and not did. I acquired exactly the same outcomes regardless of who I discussed with. They provided me $100 for every space I reserved having a launch of responsibility which I'd not claim something any the issues to some 3rd party. TRULY??? You mis-promote what you’re marketing and need to purchase me down with $100 and never repair the problem? After many weeks I approached the GM of the Sheraton and also the issue was looked after in under twenty four hours from the Sheraton, not BookIt. I received and oceanfront area. Why did I not examine the evaluations on vacation consultant first and sometimes even by themselves site. Don't use bookit, save your self the frustration. Move put the hotel right.
