On November 6th my mom my cousin and that I went went for 1 1/2 hours to visit Garden Form to by Christmas trees. I bought a-7' white lamps pine my mom bought a multi-color same dimension design. On November 27th I began to place the pine up and also the top was shaky and also the lamps kept heading out. I named my mom and requested her if heris did that no. I'd noticed heris over Christmas also it seemed excellent. After operating all day long I-drive to Garden Form and that I did not have my reciept I'd appeared for this all over the place I simply needed an exchange. I talked to some return worker, top manager and "store-manager" all kept saying NUMBER to anything I needed. Thery were out-of that design tree, I really could NOT obtain a credit set cash withit and get another tree. I had been NOT seeking a reimbursement only a pine I told them the following 3 weeks I had been REALLY hectic which I simply needed a tree that worked. I had been advised to contact customer support I named while standing within the shop they explained to complete the guarantee card deliver it in and when authorized they'd deliver me substitute parts 7-10 times to obtain enrollment subsequently 2 weeks for replacement pieces. I told them I couldn't delay then they explained to come back it towards the shop I stated I am within the shop plus they are informing me to contact you. As issues increased I had been informed to depart the shop I had been pulling interest and unsettling other clients. I proceeded to place the pine together before the shop to show my stage the "Supervisor" who subsequently visited the rear and cut back a brand new top and stated she could easily get dismissed for achieving this. The pine continues to be not "RIGHT" but I'm heading total that guarantee card of course if takes until next Dec it'll be "CORRECT". I'd not purchase a rubber-band from Graden Form. NEVER AGAIN Buyer beware!!
