I have a large company with over 150 lines with Tmobile and I have been a customer of theirs since 1998. Their customer service and continued problems with their technology is a complete horror story. Even my personal plans that I have which represents 10 lines on different family plans have been a complete disaster with their customer service and further more the attitudes of their walk in retail locations that belong to them not franchise locations. I have changed half of my business phones to Verizon and expect to change every last line in the next week. Do not consider this company for your wireless communication. Their commercials and promises far exceed what they can actually provide.
