Free shipping rebate offer with product invoice. Bogus program that wants a monthly membership fee

Company offered a shipping rebate via a rewards program. This program wants to charge a monthly fee for the free shipping rebate and a membership that I don't want. I will not give my CC # to these programs. I am not likely to return to shop with winterSilks.
