In May of I placed an order with this company for graduation gifts consisting of engraved pens. About $35 worth of refills were left out of the order but were charged to my credit card! Sent an email about this— no response. Having used this company before, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again! Should not have done this! This was in September. The order was only about 30 bucks but now it is a matter of principle! After about a month, I sent an email in good faith and received a quick response from Traci, saying that she would "reship" since I should have received this a long time ago! I let another month go buy— no order received but it was paid for! Another email. This time no response at all! It had been over 60 days but my credit card company got rid of the charge! This is a shame! These people have a great product, a good website but no integrity!!! Seek another source for their products!!
