We tried going back 4 weeks to speak, by telephone with People Public Adjusters of Bensalem PA (Jerome T. Sacco Sr; Leader) regarding our discontent using their firm's support. Every time we've obtained the run-around, coldly overlooked so when I ultimately obtained a call-back by Supervisor Jay Massuco I created a gathering and was stood up. Within the spring of 2010 I approached People Public Adjusters since we'd a trickle within our home that ruined our surfaces and carpets and released right down to our cellar. I wasn�t sure if we ought to simply proceed straight to the insurance provider or undergo an insurer, I had been guaranteed by Dean they'd gather cash for that surfaces, carpet and cellar ceiling. Which never came true. Apologizing for anything and questioned me to obtain estimates and provide a phone back on Friday and he and that I might manage, by which I did so and was informed he'd contact me back. This proceeded for another fourteen days. Our last-call to Renee explained that Roxanne couldn�t arrived at the telephone as she was ill, but I'd to create a conference with Jay. I described there unprofessionalism and that I must record this towards the BBB, two moments later Jay named me on his private telephone number. Then he planned a scheduled appointment with me at 5:30 on November 15th at 5:30. I quit work early to meet up Jay by which he was a � NO-SHOW�. I named after he was 10 minute. Overdue and didn�t get a solution, tried again 10 minute later and was hung-up on twice. I eventually quit a note that night on Jay Voice-Mail. The next evening I named Jay to check out up and quit another message requesting him to come back my phone. Thursday I obtained a phone from his assistant declaring that Jay stated he never created a scheduled appointment with me, but when I needed one he'd be happy to provide me one. I've been provided the run-around with this organization from the beginning; I've needed to perform a large amount of the leg-work for this state. And today they've endured me-up. There customer support is terrible; I'll never use the corporation again. And that I am requesting the 30% once decided to be reduce to 15% because they did nothing.
