I had been in a car crash lately and so I approached my insurance provider your day of the incident wich was 09/02/08 to create a state. I gave them the info which was required. Our insurer had explained he might return to me asap. Properly per week passes and that I named my insurer back he wasn't there and so I quit a note. He did not return my phone and so I named him the week after and again didn't get again and so I quit another concept. Then I approached my adjusters boss that was not addressing aswell and that I quit him a note. Lastly my insurer named back stating he had gotten your hands on my whitness but he didint obtain a your hands on another party active in the incident. He explained that it may be another week before he'd return to me. And so I waited convinced that he was doing anything to assist me. I contact him in per week later and he did not reply again and so I quit a note. 24 hours later he calls me back but I had been not house and he quit a note stating he isn't managing my situation anymore and stated that its been transferd to some subragator. And so I call-back to keep in touch with my insurance provider plus they do not appear to understand who my subragator is and my insurer wasn't at his office. The help-line recommended that I contact another partys insurance. I had been so angry and so I hung-up and that I endend up performing all the leg-work. I created a state using the additional insurance and informed them what had occurred. Another insurance Unitrin continues to be attempting to find their customer. It has been nearly been 8 weeks since my incident and that I have no idea how to proceed and so I am writing-you. Please enable me reslove my issue. Thanks.
