Friedman jewlers ripoff did not honor their gaurantee on my 3/4 solitire diamond the diamond cracked and is going to cost me $1800 to replace the diamond-the diamond origanil laurens sc laurens sc

My fiance' purchased the ring in 1999 -the ring cost $899. I notice a crack in it about a month ago. I took the ring to friedman's it is in their computer when the diamond was purchased but they said they were unable to do anything to repair the ring.

We have always bought our jewerly with these people but never again. They do not stand behind their gaurantes! The ring really meant alot to me and i feel like they are respondible. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
