I placed an order on the evening of September 23rd for an outfit for my daughter. For some reason I was only charged $12.00 for the outfit.By the next morning I got an email from Laura Bregmann stating that she didn't know what I did, but my order was $12.00. Well, her site had it listed as $12.00. I didn't make a stink about it and just asked for a refund. I wrote her back and never heard back from her. Then I wrote her again and she explained that she can't just do refunds, that she would have to send me a check in the mail and she asked for my address. I wrote her back with my address. Now weeks have gone by and I have contacted her again. This time I told her I would be filing a complaint if I didn't get my money back. She finally responded by telling my that she had a family emergency and please do not to file a complaint over $12.00 and she would mail the check out. I am a stay-at-home mom and every penny counts, especially this time of year. I would think she would know that since she is a "stay-at-home mom" herself. I wrote her again a week ago and didn't get a response. It's been almost 2 months and I don't expect to get my money. Nice lady, huh?!
