Do not order from this company!
I ordered two Lacoste polo shirts from RunwayCo.com. The shirts took over 2 weeks to be delivered as the merchandise was backordered (they didn't tell me this until I kept asking why my shirts hadn't shipped after a week). When they finally arrived BOTH shirts had small stains on them... Only one was very noticeable but I figured might as well send them both back and not settle for a defective shirt. The website claims "no hassle exchanges" so I thought it wouldn't be a problem at all. They emailed me back after more than a week telling me to "please send the merchandise back and they will look into refunding my money". I told them I did not want a refund, just an exchange for the same shirts without stains. They responded with the same exact answer, just telling me to send the shirts back. I wrote back again asking for an explanation as to why I wouldn't be able to simply make an exchange and they said they couldn't afford to take any additional loss on my order and that it is suspicious that both my shirts were damaged. I was furious they were implying that I tampered with the merchandise when it had been sitting in my drawer since the day I received the shirts. I wrote back telling them I would like to speak to someone over the phone to discuss how no one is trying rectify my order and they never responded to my email. I wrote 4 more since then asking for their shipping address so I can send the shirts back and it has now been 2 weeks since my first email that they have not responded. I am still waiting to hear back from them so I can get my money back! These were supposed to be Christmas presents for my boyfriend! Don't order from these people!
