I got an added charge on my phone bill. I called the company listed on my ATT bill. They told me they would credit my phone bill for 25.90. I then called ATT and asked them who authorized this charge. They told me it was done online. There are only two people in our household. Neither one of us did this. I then asked ATT how long I have been charged this and they informed me since October. My question then is why did this company not tell me on the phone how long this was beingcharged. This was being billed at 12.95 per month. This service has never been used. I wonder how many people are being charged this and just pay and do not even know it. There needs to be a class action lawsuit filed against this company. I sent them an email requesting all my money refunded. They told me it would be 24 to 48 hours before I would hear anything.
