I bought a purchase large amount of 36 napkins from Imperial Fabrics (aka Uniformsandlinens.com). The explanation didn't identify the material information of the napkins. I called their customer support department and requested the consultant exactly what the material was. I suppose I ought tonot have informed him I required 100% cotton since the moment I did so, he readily assured me they were "100% cotton".
Once The purchase was obtained I came across the napkins aren't 100% cotton (they feel just like all poly), not sharp, plus some are unraveling in the advantage.
I called customer support via mail as well as their reaction was "... This napkin doesn't claim something about being all 100% cotton because it is just a settlement product".
I responded and described again that that was the key reason why I named their customer support before I requested — to ask exactly what the material information was. I again mentioned that I had been guaranteed just before purchasing the ton I had been thinking about was "100% cotton".
They didn't react to my mail.
BEWARE - it seems that after a product is non refundable (as are a lot of their sale products), the client support agent of Imperial Linen aka uniformsandlinens.com may let you know whatever you wish to notice to be able to create a purchase.
