I went into the photo booth to take some pictures and I accidently left my wallet in there. I was unaware of my missing belongings until 30 minutes later. I ask customer service and nobody had returned it. They had requested me to go to security.
When I had went the office, I had spoke to Ronald Santos, who show a careless attitude and told me that someones the bathroom and for me to have a seat. I had told him what happened and to check the cameras to see who went in the booth after I did immediately but he said he cannot do that.
After a minute I tap on the window and Mr. Santos and slid the glass door and immaturely said"he's washing his hands!"I told him its not funny I need you guys to help me.
Clay Clark who is known as the Captian Clay Clark, yelled "WHAT?!" and swung the door open with aggressiveness. I said you need to help me find my wallet!"
Clark responded " No, I dont have to find it for you!"
I said "Look at the cameras, I left my wallet in the photo booth and you need to see who was there last.
Clark responded " No, I can't do that, I'm not going to search everybody here at the mall!"
I said " you both are rude and unprofessional!"
I left crying being assisted by others and employees they also admitted that the security is rude and do not help the store stay secured.
I was thankful that someone kindly returned the wallet to me. I had went back confronting Mr. Santos that I found my wallet and they did not assist me with help at all. I took down their names and I have not contacted Mike Wilson who is director of security, because he is not in shift. But I have emailed him and will be speaking to him by this week in person.
The two individuals I encounter in this situation should be terminated for poor service, rude behavior, unprofessional communication, lack of assistance and innappropriate behavior to me.
