I have a long time service fromT-Mobile cellphone company, with no problem before yet about a 2-3 mo they changed my service plan without my permission to it, "Course the bill went up with the change, I called them about it... First they said I did the change then they said it was the 3rd party? Which I have NO control over? I do not agree with this bull... Sh... T. I refuse to pay the ranked up bill. I e-mailed to Consumer Service Department, also and I'll going to call abc7 on your side contact Michael Finney. I alway pay my bill on time, I am a decent grandmother not a fool
