I had a small new addition added. Pretty much just had the carport converted into an office. I had told them there was going to be quite a few electronics such as computers and a home theater system. They said no problem. After a couple months everything would trip 3 or 4 times a day. So I called them and told them the issue I was having and the owners son informed me he knew it was going to happen because of the breaker they put in. I was astonished and furious. If they knew that then why did they put it in. Why did they half @$ the job I paid for!? They made me aware they were going to come by today 10/23 and replace the breaker. I had no idea what time they were coming. I had the TV when they came just to see if it would trip while they were here but they just did a hard shut down from the breaker. I again was surprised and furious they had did that with out me cycling everything off and unplugging the 3 surge protectors I had from the wall. I know causing an abrupt shut off like they causes an increase of electricity and can damage equipment and sure enough it damage my new Samsung Surround Sound set up. I told him he should have told me so I could cycle everything down then he starts blaming me and telling me it was my fault and my equipment was crap!!! What kind of business conducts business like that!? Now I'm out a 450.00 dollar receiver for now. I will report them and fight for my equipment to either be repaired or replaced.
