Signed contract with parrot-ice for in-store 2 machine cabana display, got the machines but no display (which is still being advertised). Was told after receiving their equipment, they no longer had the cabanas but a year later they are still advertising them on their web site, www.parrot-ice.com. After install had ongoing machine malfunctions. Machine flooded our c-store over night due to poor installation and cause thousands in damage to floors and cabinets. Took almost 2 months for them to send someone to our store to view the damage (damaged floors had been replaced by that time & then sent us a bill for $75.00 for sending the same guy out that caused the problem in the first place (the same one who did the install). Parrot-ice is blaming their service man (Lamar Strictland) for the problem and says he doesn't work for them (Black Lab Repair). Serviceman (Lamar Strickland/Black Lab Repair) blames Parrot-ice for faulty equipment and says he has no insurance. They (Parrot-ice) initially agreed to replace or compensate us for damage to our floors, now they will not communicate with us in any way. (All damage was documented by photograph, all conversation or attempts to communicate with parrot-ice, including names of ceo's dates and times, e-mail addresses of all we have tried to talk with).
They required us to sign a 3rd party contract in order to place their machines in our store and now we are making monthly payments on equipment we will never own or use again, for the next 3 years. (we have removed their machines from our store).
All representatives of parrot-ice on all levels, refuse to work with us, speak with us, return our phone calls, e-mails or make good on our floor as promised. They also refused to speak with Time Payment Corp. Which is the 3rd party who financed their equipment.
We have numerous photos but were unable to load the system kept going to blank page.
