They say they are going to sell you a service and then not do anything for you and just start billing hundreds of dollars for nothing.
Then all they do is just beat around the bush about how there hands are tied and nothing they can do about it.
After canceling the next day the rep lied and said he would and then never did.
Just keeped sending bills.
This att ad solution is a huge pile of crap and to all the reps there f you all.

Att and reps at customer service and billing and sales all suck and are very piss poor at there jobs. They would do a lot better if they were not such lieing scum.

He told me o well i didnt know cause someone else took my file from him.
Well that dosent answer his short falling from doing the cancelation.
And when i tryed to point that out to him all he could do is just say no thats not true.

And still will not address the issue of getting it canceled and reversing the billing.

A month after canceling i get this bill well after contacting mister paul graves about it another thing he said was that i never gave the ad a chance.
Well yes its true i did cancel a day or two later.
But the ad still ran as per paul graves says anyway. Well you didnt cancel and you still ran an ad and the ad is still up to this day and there has not been one single call from there services, but yet he is to get you to believe that you didnt give it a chance to work. Who is going to continue to act this much of a fool before you just cuss his lieing ace into the floor
Glorified billing specialest that specialize in billing only. But cant do anything about billing. Boy thats a fun game to spend 2 hours on the phone about.
Its constant in your face deception tactics and just lie after lie after lie.
Then once you try to point out other instances of there tactics they will just start to not say anything on the phone at all.
Like when i asked for the supervisor she just stopped talking and would not reply at all.
And to this day still nothing about the cancelation just dialog about things that just dont make any sence. This is clearly a case of fraud and deception or even corporate extortion. How in your right mind can you bill for something that you know good god damm well that was never there.
