While you make enquirery you will get the help you need via email. You make your order and ask questions about delivery time or other services and they will anser you via email. After it is a done deal you will not get any answers on email nor phone calls.
Calling them will only result in an answering machine telling you in german that all the operators are busy in calls and that you may fax or email any questions to them which will result in nothing at all.
They sell shoes, boots and other related products. It seems like a legit buisiness but after my experience of them it is only a big scam & rip-off.
Do not buy from them at all.
