They advertised Bearclaw leather womens boots and a pair of blue loafers on the same page, However the description was for the boots. After ordering the boots the confirmation email that I recv'd from shoemetro by email was for the Bear claw boots 1 day later I got another email saying they were sending me the pair of blue shoes.
If they made a error on the pictures between the boot and the shoe the wording for the boot was distinctive and clear. My belief is that they should not make the customer pay for a mistake that one of the staff people made. Otherwise this is false advertisement. These boots are for my grandchild who wanted these boots very badly for her birthday and not a pair of blue loafer shoes.
