I purchased a 22 long rifle conversion kit for my AR 15 that has a one year warranty. It did not work properly and I immediately returned the item with a letter and receipt to Ciener for repair, replacement or refund. It has been two months, he received the unit August 18th, postal delivery confirmation, and I have called several times and left messages because no one answers the phone. I have faxed him and filed a complaint with the FL BBB and have not received any response from Ciener or the BBB which does not surprise me because I have read that he will not respond to the BBB. Doing a search on Google, complaints Ciener, brings up a page full of complaints from consumers about this company. Why is there not some agency that can assist the consumers from the actions of this company. I am out $159.00 plus shipping to me and back for repair. Can you assist me in getting me a refund? I no longer want his product because if I have more problems with his kit I will have more problems getting it repaired again.
