I purchased three pairs of casual reading glasses from Guestspecs on 1/25. I spoke to Kevin and on 3/27/06 I returned the glasses to the company for a refund minus shipping because they were just too narrow and I couldn't get used to them.
After recieving postal confirmation of delivery of the glasses I returned, I called Kevin regarding my refund on 5/5/06; he said it would be sent right out.
On 6/14/06 I left a message at the office because nothing had happened.
On 6/21/06 I left another message at the office and sent a fax because I still had not heard anything.
On 11/2/06 I spoke to Kevin who explained problems with thier bookkeeping person and that he personnaly would handle my refund.
On 12/14/06 I faxed kevin regarding my refund again.
On 3/29/07 I faxed kevin again.
On 7/2/07 I faxed Kevin again.
On 1/3/08 I sent a registered letter to Guestspecs rgarding my refund.
I have a collection of copies of all my transactions with Guestspecs, including postal reciepts. At this point they owe me for the glasses and postal fees.
