I booked a trail ride for my family with Sandi Johnson. She required a deposit to hold the reservation. No problem, I gave her my Amex info. A few hours later I had called her back to let her know that I would have to cancel our ride due to a familay emergency. Sandi then advised me that her policy stats that she can the deposit if I cancel, no matter if it was canceled the same day! This women was rude and beligerant. Do your self a favor and dont waste your money on this sleezy outfit. I later took the kids to and welcomed their professionalism and courtesy.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
