This man sold me property in Mohave county on bid4assets in October then resold it to someone in Canada 7 years later. When I contacted him first by phone (of course he didn't answer, any true crook wouldn't) I decided to contact him by mail to question his actions the letter was returned with no such person at that address. The incredibly odd thing was a few weeks later he filed a erroneous deed doc with the county of Mohave to attempt to override my deed. This man is a crook. Buyer beware! He has no scruples and does not fear the law as he, instead of responding to his felony act tried to remove my deed from the recorders office by filing an erroneous deed. Seriously, this man needs to see the inside of a prison cell!
