They over charged my debit card wich ovefdrafted my acc. And said they would refund me the overdraft fee but now they refuse to

I went to get some cigaretts and the total was $1946 but the casheir put in $9146 on my debit card. It overdrafted my acc. She gave me the difference back but I told her Iwould have a $25.00 overdraft fee so she told me to bring a statement from the bank showing the overdraft fee and they would give it back to me but now they refuse to and thats not counting my time and gas running to richlands and back to honaker and on top of that they called the police on me.
