I was lied to and mislead. I was told the service would cost 9 dollars a month, it was 9 dollars plus 80 dollar yearly fee. When I questioned it they told me it was a fee visa charges to be allowed to accept credit cards, which is a lie. I was not told about any three year contract or I wouldn't have agreed to anything. I initialed a piece of paper with my rates on it and that was it. Dissatisfied with the company I called to cancel my service and followed their instructions word for word. A couple of days later there was a 495 dollar charge to my account, I called to see what this was about and for the first time I was told I broke a 3 year contract. They had multiple opportunities to let me in on this little detail and not once did they mention it. The more I complained the more I realized the are used to this situation, since they have a legal department to handle these arguments. It seems fishy to me that a company has to have a legal department to answer contract complaints. I believe instead of offering a good service, they try to take advantage of unsuspecting business owners. I am now on a mission to let as many people as I can to not do business with this company, so this doesn't happen to them. I have found endless complaints about them through all my postings so it's not real big news that they are no good.
