Lisa pletts, owner and individual who i enrolled to have in home spray tanning sessions for $200.00 unlimited for the month, came into my home on 8-17 and took the $200.00 in cash for services she has yet to provide. I've called to make tanning sessions with her on 3 occasions, and on each of the 3 appointments, she's called and given me an excuse as to why she cannot make her appointment she's already been pre-paid to honor. (except on 1 of the 3 appointments, she didnt call at all, and acted as if i was mistaken for the missed appointment she knew she scheduled with me just the day prior).
After several texts messages and voice mail messages i had to leave since she no longer accepted my calls... I asked for my money to be refunded in writing, on the 27th of august. She verbally left me a voice mail, stating she was prorating the month, even though she hadnt done anything she said the membership fees were paying for, like spray tanning.
