I paid my bills promptly and one incident beyond my control was they received my payment one day late. When I received my next statement they had charged me $29 late fee!
Business' are just not the way they used to be. Now it is all about the bottom line! Customers are just numbers, and loyalty to a business means nothing! I am old enough to remember how it used to be. There was integrety, ethics and great customer service. Not anymore, I am very sad about this.
