TW Graphics used to be my Supplier for Ink. After I bought a $33,000 Mimaki JV4 180 Printer new from them I was buying liters of inks from them and Paper - Thousands of $ per month!
Our Printer ran great for 10 months until recently when they shipped is a different kind of the same brand of ink we had been using, we called them to tell them it looked different color. Their Tech advised us not to worry you can add that ink into your printer and combine it with the old ink. We went ahead and did what he said - it was only the Yellow and the Blue colors - we use 6 colors of ink. Right after we added the different inks the heads were dropping out, and guess what, only those two colors!
I had to call in a local Tech that I TRUST! To Flush the entire system and do a complete new color profile - which took 2 days. So not only did we have to pay a Tech to fix the printer but we had 2 days down time!
It gets worse! So after they would not take any responsibility for a mistake their Tech made! I asked if I could send back all our unused unopened ink bottles - of which I had $3500 worth, they said they would not refund my money!
They could sell the ink to any one of their customers! They offered credit but credit for what? I will never buy anything from them ever again!
This is just bad business and they are not to be trusted.
