I found this company on the internet and set it up with joseph tessier. However he is just a broker for we haul moving. There are many more involved. The company shouldn't be in buisness, the showed up at my house late, and i had to leave due to an appointment. When it was all said and done and i returned to my home i found the downstairs wall had a hole the size of a cantalope from trying to move my washer and dryer out... Not to fault the two overworked individules who never got a break they told me their schedule, but i never got compensated for it either. They took my goods to there whse in chicago only to put it on hold for a few weeks till they found a truck going west where i moved too. I don't know how many trucks my furnishings where on but when i finally seen my goods arrive i was shocked! Boxes were torn and mutilated the antique mirror my wife had hired them to pack was only wraped in a cardboard box and of course broken... My computer desk broken leggs, dressers broken drawers, microwave droped and broken, foose ball table gouged on the side, washer dented, couch leggs cracked, end tables dented, bed mattress folded in half, plastic shelf busted, too many more to list. And they tried to tell me the nice oak sit down bench was mine - it was someone elses, bet they never seen it again / I was told to file a claim with anthem in arizona what a joke, pennies on the dollar. I never took out the extended insurance so i could only get the minimun required by law which was about 260.00 I can't believe it all happend, and i still think i have missing boxes. Bottom line i will never trust a moving company again i will move myself first.
