I bought and activate a sprint phone on June 17. I went to exchange it for an LG Remarq on June 26. I like the phone very much but I feel the hinge on it is kinda loose so I go back to the store today to do the exchange I was told that all the phones were like that. I dont believe that to be the case since not every phone is made the same. The little prick associate goes to manager to ask if he can do it and I see the manager of whatever he is... Not even wanting to help me out. Whatever you do dont buy your phone from best buy go to radioshack or the sprint store... You will regret that you ever came to the best buy mobile department. They dont know anything about phones!!!
