Well i have been a customer for many many years that all ends today. They keep sending phones that dont work and than they want me to drive 65 r 70 miles and exchange it. And they constantly lie about why they cant send it to me.
Well i am telling you they can and should but they dont. I am confined to the house due to medical reasons and they still think i should take my wheelchair down the road 65 miles and pick up a phone i will go to a new company before i do that.
They have lost 3 phones from my accounmt today over a 59.00 phone that is sad. And the no english speaking people dont care but if they loose enough they will re think their polices
