I requested a bicycle helmet on May 25 to get a bicycle journey beginning June 16. On 5/26 I acquired an order confirmation. I never heard from them again. I named twice and sent twice the very first week of July requesting them what happened. Nobody named me back, but a few times later I acquired a contact stating my purchase could be delivered Fri 6/11. After I didn't obtain delivery verification Fri I sent them-and stated when they delivered it Friday it'd need to be overnight and so I could easily get it before I quit. They delivered it Friday UPS ground, due for shipping 6/21,5 days after I quit. I called them again. Very first time somebody answered the telephone. I mentioned I needed to talk to a Person Service Supervisor and he'd not allow me. I'd them stop the purchase and credit my card. They didn't worry about any specifics. Practically nonexistent customer support.
