They never mentioned we're sorry. I terminated the purchase and requested for cancellation amount. They claimed they do not do this. I requested that written verification be delivered. They mentioned a supervisor might do this. I expected to get a supervisor's title - plus they stated they do not understand, but may move me to customer support. On-hold with customer support for nearly fifteen minutes. Customer support stated not a problem, may deliver by mail immediately. One hour later, I'm still waiting.
