Pretty new dryer would not begin. Made appt using site. Appt not held - no notice. Created minute appt. Two nights preceding, appt rescheduled for 10 times more out. Not appropriate so-called customer care (4 attempts) to advance. Supervisor says he'll solve and call-back following day. No-return phone and telephone number provided for "stick just in case" for another division.
Named customer support (2 attempts) increased to supervisor and got quantity for "routing workplace" to routine. Had unique appt rebooked. Application not stored - no-call.
Named customer care - no aid. Named Sears corporate - couldn't talk to administration. Wouldn't consider quantity to call-back. Thus... 3 1/2 months without any dryer with no appt. Have now been Sears client since 1968 - May today get rid of machine/dryer, purchase new Samsung, and not cope with Sears again
