Toy Puppies Ft. Lauderdale Florida paid THOUSANDS of dollars for two sick Yorki puppies. Paid $8,000 in vet bills. Read your contracts fine print!

I am not a breeder nor own any type of animal business.
I purchased two Yorki Puppies from Myra at her home. She verbally "guaranteed" the health of her puppies. Two months later one died and I had an autopsy done and found that she had an enlarged heart. Myra told me she had some other families that experienced the same thing and said we must have given the puppies flea drops which killed them. When I offered the autopsy report she did not want to see it "because it could be a fraud".
During the next several months the other Yorkie had symptoms of a liver shunt. Took the dog to Michigan State University and was confirmed liver shunt. Spent THOUSANDS of dollars on this dogs care to correct the breaders internal breeding defect.
Again Myra's response was we must have done something to the dog. When I took legal action I found that I waived my right to Florida Statute 929 which is the Florida Animal Lemon Law.
