I went to work far Family Dollar because a friend told me they were a good company to work far, But now i know better. Frist i has a Manger proble i was told if i call anyone on her i would not have a job anymore, so i call someone else not my DM to ask and told her the proble i was haven. She told me know one will know that i call she would handle it, and she did she call my DM and them he call my MGR. And told her i call on her, the next week i seen she was on her 2 week off no one call to let me and the other Asst. Know what was going on with her.
A employer told me that it was all because of me that she has to take a step down to Asst Mgr. And is being sent to another store. As of the day that employer has Talk back to walk away when i would talk to her, and most of all she was SHOPPING ON THE CLOCK, HIDDING THINGS AND PUTTING IN THE BACK ROOM, CHANGE MY ENDCAPS AROUND TO MAKE ME LOOK BAD, AND IF THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH SHE CALL ME A
B... H on the floor. After many of time of me calling the MGR i was told to report to, I was told she could not do anything because she was not thier that she would call the DM i told her if they could not do anything with her to come and get my KEYS TO THE STORE. She sad ok.
2 hour later i call her back and was told to call my DM, I told him what was going on and ask to talk to the employer and then back to me and sad OK, OK what, OK i talk to her, now what, I was so upset that i told him to come and get his KEYS. He told me it was becaue of me that the MGR. Was not thier anymore.
That day i call A DM and ask her what i could do because what happen that day was not right, WELL I TURN IN MY KEYS AND NOW WAITING FAR THE... Reg mgr to call me... LOLOLOL this happen on FRIDAY JUNE 18
