I worked at familydollarstore for the last 4 years i never miss any time at work i kept my store clean i had one of the best inventorys that store ever had for a inner city store but my dm had it out for me he would let my asst managergo to diffrent stores and work for him all the time which put me over payroll he would call me and yell at me for it all the time he also had a person that was a asst manager at another family dollar store come back to my store to work which she was comming back as a cashier and he said he was gonna take some of her pay back to acashier which he never did so she put me over payroll i ask him to take her back out of my store cause she was costing me to much but he never did until the day he fired me for going over payroll than he took her out. And told my other asst he knew she was a part of my payroll problem they give you a number to call its a hot line number but it dont do any good cause as soon as you call the dm gets a report than he takes care of the problem as i call there suppose to investgate it but its been 3 weeks and i havnt heard anything the only thing i have heard is that the dm call and said do not give my asst any over time at all for the timebeing and he had to bring the other asst back again cause he was not follow company policy due to him taking her out of my store for the new manager and put her with her daughter and family not suppose work together so i was fired for my dm making me go over payroll the last 2 weeks i was ther after asking for aweek off cause my mom had to surgery on 7-5 do to cancer i ask if i could take the family leave for 2 weeks he told me no my mom was in icu call and ask him if i could return to work on that wed instead of that mon because the doctor said she should come off the machine by than he started yelling at on the phone telling me i run a 2 millon store and i need to be there my family heard him yelling at me and they couldnt understand how someone could be so mean after i have bust my butt there for solong and put my life in danger for there stuff this is the thanks you get for working at family dollar the really dont care for any one that works for them at i dont care if you been there 1 year or 20 years they just care i have never work for anyone like my dm before
