Poor Workmanship Won't uphold Said Warranty

Daniel of Service All Construction did some concrete work for me in exposed aggregate. It has numerous issues such as low spots where water gathers.
He used to much or to little retarder or let the concrete sit to long before cleaning it off. The stairs that he did there have major cracks and degradation. He tried to fix it and made it look horrible. One year after the so called fix those spots are all cracked

He claims he sloped my pad which is about 16' in length extending from the house only 3/4". I argue that fact and have since found out that it should be sloped an inch every eight feet. That would be a total of 2".

I had some pile issues which he claims caused the dips in my concrete and have voided the warranty given me. I can prove that the piles had no effect on the low spots on the concrete where the water gathers. Now the water in those spots is going to deteriorate my concrete at an accelerated rate.

He did not dowel into the concrete properly to reinforce the integrity of the pad which he claims is a matter of opinion. I have an ICF basement. He should have cut the styrofoam away and then doweled in so the concrete was against the wall. He just drilled though the styrofoam and thinks that is ok. IE: the concrete is resting against the styrofoam instead of concrete. It is not hard for frost to push up and down on the dowels that are 2.5" away from the concrete.

Concrete should be poured so that it is 3" to 4" thick if you look at the front where my steps start you will see a lip of concrete only 1.5" - 2" thick. I have to wonder with all the waviness in his inconsistent concrete if there are more spots that are only this thick.

The main problem is that he gave me a two year warranty on a product that he won't even come and look at.

He claimed to have a lot of experience in this field yet obviously lacked it otherwise I would not have all the issues that I do.
