I contacted them prior to ordering anything, asking if the shoes they sell are genuinely the brands they advertise them to be. They assured me several times that they were. When the shoes I ordered arrived, they were clearly knock-offs (albeit good ones). When I contacted them to return them, I was informed of their return policy (somewhat in line with their website) of a $35 shipping fee, $25/25% (got both answers) fee of the charge for handling, plus paying for return shipping. They said since the cost was so high to return, it's probably not worth returning, but they were happy to provide me with a coupon for a future order. Considering the shoes were not as advertised, I felt this was an unfair price to pay, and I had no intention of making a purpose with them in the future. I asked several times for their return address, which they continued to refuse to send me (it's not on their website, and the shipping label was all in Chinese). I told them I expected a FULL refund, since the shoes were counterfeit. I still have not gotten an address from this, and it's been almost 2 months. I am still trying to get my bank to help me out.
