I called Tecon water on 10/24/03 to discuss a bill I received that was extremely high. They told me they would have someone re-read my meter. I sent the minimum payment to them on the same day for good faith in service. I then got a termination notice in the mail. I now cannot get through on the phone (always busy) to see if they received my minimum payment and see if they re-read the meter as they told me they would. I now see that I was extremely lucky to get through on the phone with them when I called on Oct 24. I think they turned the water off rather quickly considering I had called to discuss the high bill with them and even sent in a payment.
