Winslow Twp. Stated my water-meter was damaged and had a need to change it. They began to cost me the most price that was over $700.00 quarterly. This continued for more than 4 decades, I settled my projected statement when due being unsure of much better and waited paitiently for many someone to come and substitute the meter. No body actually did the reality was it had been not damaged however the Twp. Had no body to see it. You notice they eliminated all of the meter visitors to conserve money and simply wished to use a meter that would be read by simply driving by.
