I am writing about my water company tring to rip me off since Hurricane Ike. Got my September bill and first thing I seen was it seem too high for just me. Then I look around too see if the was any leaks and didnt find any. So I go out to my meter and took a reading of it (0470630) this is when I first got the bill. So I called them up and told them some one has read the meter wrong and I would like you to fix it. She said that cant be right. She said I will look in too it and call me back.
Well a couple days went by and I called again. She said ohoo I been so busy etc and gave her another reading 0470670 and said she would send someone out to read it and call me back. Well she didnt call me back. Then a week from this Friday they came to read the meters and sent me a bill for two months for $92.52. So I go out to read the meter again and it was 0470950 and on my bill they got 1079000-1076000=3000. The first bill was $ 46.70, the reading was then 107600-107100=5000. So the firat reading I took was 0470630.
So the point is the over charge me and wouldnt check in too it and that I was out of water During Hurricane Ike for two weeks and after that i was gone for two weeks and there no way I have a bill like that. So I would apprecaite if you could look in too it for me.
