Charlie Nicks, a scam artist, formerly of Tomlin Nicks Wells advertising, deceptively took about 30 real estate agents' money for an advertising program and then did not deliver and promised a refund but never paid anybody. When contacted later as to when he would pay the refunds he promised he replied basically that he doesn't care.
