I hired RB Solutions, Inc. To do a few jobs in the Fresno area for me. I provided the owner Bill Johnson with a handbook, services agreement and price list of what I pay. The agreement was signed and included a confidentiality agreement. As a reminder to him of better business practices I will leave out the details.instead I will warn potential clients of what you can look forward to if you hire his company. The guy will charge a trip charge for every order (even grass re cut orders) He will charge above reg prices. When I adjusted his invoices back to our agreed prices he shredded his check and informed me that he does not give discounts and demanded full payment. He then contacted my client and wanted to know how much I was getting paid so he could be paid equaly. After numerous warnings he began repeating to the client everthing that we talked about. He slandered me so bad I nearly lost my client.
