Sandy Parkins from Prudential California Realty requested emergency work for one of her customers and the bill was never paid. She ripped us off. She asked for the work to be performed on an emergency basis and we did as she asked. She wanted the work done before the property was purchased by her client; it was. We spoke of the price with her and her client all together at once. She has received a number of calls and copies of invoices. She asked for the work, she needs to get the bill paid; plus late payments. Do not do business with her.
