Beware of new tactics from well-known property preservation scammers at Assured Asset Preservation aka Sole Stones Services aka National Asset Preservation.in a desperate move to avoid accountability for cutting invoices and not paying property preservation contractors, Assured Asset Preservation pulled their CSLB number from their website and are now advertising under a new "company" called National Asset Preservation.
Do not perform property preservation services for a company that do these things:
Operates out of a PO Box
Suddenly starts hiding their CSLB number
Forms new DBA's to avoid accountability for scamming property preservation contractors. Fight back and don't let them get away with it. If you have been ripped off by Assured Asset Preservation, Sole Stones Services or National Asset Preservation, file a report today and contact the CSLB.
