Oliver sells himself as a loan, short sale, real estate expert. He and his associates attempt to get people involved in shady real estate transactions, loan modifications, short sales, bulk investment properties. The problem is Oliver Graf is in the real estate business acting as an agent without a California real estate license which is illegal. His Facebook and twitter pages even admit to these "deals" publically. Oliver seems to bounce around to various companies associating himself with others such as Sam Khorramian (La Jolla Real Estate and Loan) and latest Micheal Corradini president of Short Sale Pros. Most of the company addresses, phone numbers and website links associated with Oliver don't work anymore.
Short Sale Pro's also is breaking the law by providing legal advice (practicing law) without a license in the form of getting people to put their property into a trust without being qualified to explain the consequenses of this legal change to their property.
