Scam didn't receive magazine ordered and paid for a 1 yr subscription to sports Illistrated

I paid $36.00 to a sales person selling magazines for a fund raiser. Subscription was paid in full on2/2 and I haven't as yet received any publications of Sports Illistrated. When will my delivery start?
