I purchased from a door to door sales person a 1-year weekly magazine subscription to Sports Illustrated for $63.00. It was to include 52 issues. I called the company to find out when my delivery would start. The person who answered the phone said it could take 120 days to get the subscription started, and they had switched me from Sports Illustrated, to 28 issues of Sporting News for the same price. They refused to give me a refund, and said that they never offered Sports Illustrated, even though it was clearly on the brochure the salesperson showed me.
